Red Poppies, Kingswood, July 2009. I liked the idea of isolating these poppies and taking images of a single flower from amongst the thousands that were around.

This particular Poppy had very vibrant red and I wanted to show the detail of its stem and the petals by shooting from underside with back lighting shining through.
