Limpets, Killiney - DSCF4199b

This picture was taken just as the sun started to rise over the horizon.

Having seen the limpet encrusted rock I quickly set up and lined up the rock with the rising sun. Setting the tripod low and close to the rock gave this little miniature world more dominance in the frame.

All the earthy colours combined to make a great image. Killiney Beach, 2008.
