Strobist Bootcamp 2009

Entered the Strobist Bootcamp competition. Strobist is an online blog for photographic techniques using off camera lighting.
The assignment required two headshots including one of myself. Kindly helped by Christine, set out to create the lighting and the props to create a story and set of images that would stand out from the rest, here's hoping we succeeded.
The candle was used for effect with the lighting provided by studio lights and gold reflectors were used to bounce back on the face with a warm light in keeping with the theme. It was a bit of fun trying out different lighting setups and backgrounds.
